XA uMatiwane Manana wayeqalisa iphulo lePeoples Educational theatre ngo-1985 wayezimisele ukufundisa uluntu, ingakumbi ulutsha.
Oko ndakwenza emva kwexesha localucalulo olwalugquba kweli. Iingqondo zabantu zazitshatyalalisiwe. Nkqu nezithethe zethu bezicekiswa ngabany'abantu.
Ngeli phulo ndabona ukuba kulungile ukuqalisa beselula abantwana ndibafundise ukuba kuthetha ntoni ukuba ngumntu oNtsundu. Sibuyela kwimvelaphi yethu, sibenza bazithande izithethe zethu phambi kokuba okusezingqondweni zabo kufunxwe ziimfundiso zezinye iintlanga, utshilo uManana.

Kwakukho amakhwenkwana amabini, uBongani noNdumiso ayengabahlobo abasenyongweni. Eneneni babevana nangaphezu kwabantwana abazalwa kunye, bebaliselana ngezinto ezimbi ezibehleleyo, iminqweno, izinto ezibonwabisayo, izinto abazoyikayo neemfihlo zabo.
Athe akufikelela ebudaleni, izinto zatshintsha. Abazali bakaBongani babezizinhanha, wathi akupasa imatriki bamthumela eyunivesithi . UNdumiso yena kwanyanzeleka ukuba axhome esikolweni eneBanga lesiBhozo waza wazifumanela umsebenzi ukuze ondle oodadewabo nonina ongumhlolokazi.
UBongani waba ngusomashishini onempumelelo, okulusizi kukuba okukhona esiba sisinhanha kokukhona waya ephelelwa ngumdla kumhlobo wakhe wasebuntwaneni, uNdumiso.

Uthe uNdumiso akuva ibali elibuhlungu lomhlobo wakhe wamcela ukuba ayokuhlala naye kwityotyombe lakhe.
Ungathini ukundiphatha kanje emva kokuba mna ndingazange ndikuhoye? uBongani wambuza ekhwankqisiwe.
